The Dentistry Library offers a literature search service for dental organizations and the broader dental community in Canada.
Librarians will perform literature searches in the appropriate databases and provide a list of relevant articles with abstracts for the given topic. Literature search results do not include full text of articles. Results can be either emailed to you or be delivered in EndNote Online, Zotero, or any other free citation management software upon request. Priority will be given to projects that will have broad impact on oral health science research activities in Canada.
Please note that you will be provided with a list of article citations, not the full-text articles. To order full-text articles, check the interlibrary loan policy of your local library, this can include a public library, association library, or university.
To request a literature search, please email us at library.dentistry@utoronto.ca and provide us as much detail as possible about your search. We will respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) to go over your request.
