EndNote Basic/Online
In this workshop you will learn: How to create an account with EndNote Online; How to create and share Groups; How to import citations from Ovid Databases and Web of Science; How to make citation lists; and How to download and generate bibliographies using Cite While you Write (CWYW).

MEDLINE – PubMed
This is an introduction to advanced searching using the PubMed interface. In this workshop we will cover searching with MeSH terms and filters, creating an account and saving the search, creating an alert, and exporting citations for better management. In addition we will explore the new AI embedded PubMed tools such as Find Best Match and MeSH on Demand.

Web of Science – Advanced searching
Web of Science is a large platform, providing one-point access to several large disciplinary databases (health, medicine, education, social sciences, engineering, etc,). In this workshop we will learn to search a health topic and explore how it is represented in different disciplines. We will explore the author search and Web of Science’s AI Research Assistant to help come up with keywords for an advanced search.

GenAI Tools for Dental Topics
In this workshop we will use UofT’s version of Microsoft Copilot, Web of Science’s AI Research Assistant, Scopus AI, and PubMed’s Mesh on Demand to come up with main keywords for a dental topic. We will use prompt engineering to generate keywords for advanced searching.
