Borrow our books for longer: September 1, 2017


Starting September 1, 2017 the Dentistry Library will implement a new loan period for our regular print collection, please see below for details. This change will make it more convenient for our users to borrow materials for longer, and will align our library’s borrowing policies with those of the central library system.  The three renewal per check out policy will remain the same. This means that you can keep the book for the full check out period and renew it 3 times, unless another user places a hold on the book. If a hold is placed, you can keep it until the end of the borrowing period but renewals will not be possible. If you checked out an item before September 1st, it will renew at the longer period depending on your status, as outlined above. Journals have no renewals. If you have any questions, please contact us.
